From Monday 11th October our appointment system is changing.

All our book on day telephone appointments for morning and evening will be released at 8.30am. There will no longer be a 4.30pm call slot. As these appointments are released at 8.30am, there is no need to rush at that time to try and book them all at once.

We have many telephone appointments that can be booked online to save phoning the surgery. This can be done via the app. For more information on the NHS app click here.

We will have lots more pre-bookable telephone appointments for you to book in advance.

GPs will have a handful of urgent slots each which will be for real medical emergencies. It will be down to the decision of the GP if they feel your issue is classed as urgent.

We are trying our best to ease the telephone lines and make it easier for you to get through to us.
