On Wednesday 23rd May we had our first PPG meeting since our re-launch. In attendance were 3 patient representatives, the Practice Manager, Shirley Oram from Thurrock Healthy Lifestyles, Kelly from Public Health England and Kevin from Stifford Clays Surgery PPG.

Patient Survey

Virtual Patient Group
The virtual Patient Group is for patients who would like to have a say in practice developments but do not wish to commit to face-to-face meetings. The practice sends occasional e-mails to this group to take part in our annual online survey and to gather your comments/views throughout the year.
You do not need to be on e-mail to join either of our patient groups, you can apply to have your communications by post. Please write in to the Practice Manager.
