How do I book an appointment?
Call the Surgery –
Call at 8:30am for a telephone appointment that day, or during opening hours for a telephone appointments in the coming weeks.
I need to speak to a doctor, when can I call?
You can book a phone consultation with one of our doctors for that day by ringing reception at 8:30am, or anytime for a future appointment.
How do I request a home visit?
Call before 10am.
Remember that home visits are only for those patients who are too ill to visit the surgery.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes, we do have some appointments which are available to book online.

Send your doctor an request through PATCHS to request a sick note.

How do I request a repeat prescription?
- Write it down and put it in the black box at reception.
- Email it to: medrequests.orsett@nhs.net (for Orsett patients) or reception.ked@nhs.net (for King Edward Drive patients).
- Use the NHS app or Patient Access (only for medication which is on repeat).
How do I add my family and dependents onto my myGP app?
Instructions can be found here or on the myGP app FAQ page.
- Under 12s: must be registered with your mobile number at the surgery
- 12-15s: must tell the surgery that they give consent
- 16+:
- must give permission from their myGP app, or
- (if they don’t have a smart phone) must be registered with your mobile number at the surgery and log in to the app on your phone and give permission from their account
