Here at the surgery we pride ourselves on how we store your data and how we use it. We process your data lawfully, with a purpose, only store what is necessary and will never share your records with third parties.
If you wish for someone else to collect your medication/prescription, you will need to sign a consent form for this.
The same applies if you wish for someone to phone up for results etc. We cannot discuss you medical records with anyone unless you sign a consent form giving them permission.
