How do I request a repeat prescription?
- Write it down and put it in the black box at reception.
- Email it to: medrequests.orsett@nhs.net.
- Use the NHS app or Patient Access (only for medication which is on repeat).
How do I add my family and dependents onto my myGP app?
Instructions can be found here or on the myGP app FAQ page.
- Under 12s: must be registered with your mobile number at the surgery
- 12-15s: must complete a form at the surgery confirming that they give consent
- 16+: via the app, or complete a form at the surgery
