You do not need to do this for a post-natal appointments or for nurse & Healthcare Assistant appointments – just call your surgery

How do I request a repeat prescription?

  1. Write it down and put it in the black box at reception.
  2. Email it to: medrequests.orsett@nhs.net.
  3. Use the NHS app or Patient Access (only for medication which is on repeat).

How do I add my family and dependents onto my myGP app?

Instructions can be found here or on the myGP app FAQ page.

  • Under 12s: must be registered with your mobile number at the surgery
  • 12-15s: must complete a form at the surgery confirming that they give consent
  • 16+: via the app, or complete a form at the surgery
