COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you wish to raise a concern or make a formal complaint about the care, treatment or service you have received at the surgery, please send an email in to the Practice Manager via practice.managerf81137@nhs.net. We will try and resolve the matter promptly and satisfactorily.
If you are not satisfied with the response from the surgery, you can escalate the matter by contacting the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board via the following means:
