You can now book appointments online again.

For myGP app or Patient Access online

To be able to access this service you will need to:

  1. Fill out an online registration form (available from reception.)
  2. Once this is complete, you can bring it along to your surgery with photo ID (in date) and one proof of address (Bank Statement – less than 6 months old). We can then issue you with your own pin and access ID.
  3. Log-in using your new pin and access ID at www.patientaccess.com. If you are having trouble click here for help.

This service is only available to patients 18+ at present.

Please note: you will not be able to view your full medical record as this service is not available in this surgery yet. You will be able to see allergies, adverse reactions and medications.
