We are required to allocate all patients a named GP for their care. This does not affect your care, carry on seeing any GP as usual.

Should you wish to change your allocated GP please write to the Practice Manager with your request.

We are awaiting guidance but we expect from 1st April 2016, the first time you contact the practice you should be informed of your allocated GP. This may be via consultation, booking an appointment, your prescription,  face to face or in a phone call for other reasons.
