We know our phonelines have been jammed lately. It seems the demand for appointments has grown dramatically.

You can now book telephone appointments via your NHS/My GP app. Please make sure you leave a detailed reason for the call and a preferred contact telephone number.

You can also call the surgery for these slots and they can be booked in advance. No more calling Friday mornings for the following week’s appointments.

These are for GP telephone appointments only. The time you book isn’t necessarily the time you will be called. If booking morning slots it will be between 9am-1pm and booking evening slots it will be between 4pm-7pm.

Orsett patients can book morning and evening slots. King Edward Drive patients can only use the evening slots.
