Phone calls

Phone calls to Orsett surgery have been diverted to the Practice Managers mobile, please be patient as she will be the only one answering calls until 6:30pm.

Can you email practice.managerf81137@nhs.net, use the form on the Contact Us page, or submit an eConsult, in place of calling for telephone triage appointments.

Medication

We know many of you would have hoped to pick medication up tomorrow, so please email the practice manager or submit an eConsult (as we are unsure when BT will be able to divert the phones) so we can try to assist you in getting your medication for the weekend.

We do apologise and once again send out this message that you should not attend the surgery if you feel you may have any symptoms of COVID-19.
